Hello my lovelies, I hope your all having a great weekend the weather has been lovely and sunny here in Devon and today looks like it”s going to be a fabulous day so I think we may go out and do something. I thought I’d post an orange lip look after purchasing my Sleek Palette last week. I had a few people ask if I could do a follow up post regarding the colours so here is the look I created using my favourite from the Siren Palette.
The Sleek palette has such a gorgeous red/orange colour selection and I have really been enjoying using it, I am really glad I bought it. The shade I have gone for is the most orange in the palette and has a slight matte finish to it although not completely matte. Application can be a little tricky with this shade when applied with a lip brush, I just feel that once applied if you go over the area you have already put colour on the brush tends to wipe it away a little so you need to be a little careful. I have found with a couple of the other shades that they are easier to apply with my finger. The colours last super well and some even stain the lips slightly so beware! Overall it is a great palette with a variety of finishes and can create some really great dramatic looks, it’s going to be perfect this Summer! Below is a list of products I used to create this look.
Illamasqua Skin Base Foundation
Collection Concealer | Fair
Nars | Laguna
Benefit | Rockateur
Naked 1 Palette | Naked (crease) | Half Baked (lid) | Virgin (tear duct)
Maybelline Gel Liner
