So a little while back I spoke about a favourite face tanner of mine in one of my YouTube videos, I had mentioned I hadn’t really tried any others but I was looking for the next best thing and the Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster got a lot of love. I have to admit I had seen this product around and was rather intrigued by it, basically this is a made to measure self tan. You decided how light or dark you want it to be and the best thing is that you just mix it in with your moisturiser.
I absolutely adore that you mix this product with your own moisturiser making your day and night time routine just as easy as it always is. A lot of people find face tanning moisturisers quite oily or not really suit their skin but this is fab because not only is it tailored to you but you can just add it to your favourite moisturiser. One thing I disliked about applying my original face tanner was that I couldn’t really apply another moisturiser afterwards messing up my night-time routine. I’m really enjoying the moisturiser I’m using at the moment so the fact that I can just add a few drops of this to it to tan my face is a bonus.
The next morning you wake up with a gorgeous faux glow, I like to add 1-2 drops of the golden glow to my moisturiser before going to bed and this really works for me, if i want to intensify the colour even more for the next day I’ll go for three drops. The colour itself is subtle, natural and just adds that extra radiance you need after a rather disturbed sleep.. I say disturbed sleep because you all know I have a baby boy and let me tell you having a 14 month old definitely takes it’s toll on your skin!
Overall I am absolutely in love with this customised face tanner, it’s fool proof and is a dream to use. No fake tan smell and streak free! I like to use this almost daily adding one or two drops to keep my skin looking healthy and glowing. An absolute must for the Summer!
