Brand Focus // Benefit Top 5

I thought it was about time we talk beauty on the blog again and what better way to start than with a brand focus post, I’ve never done one of these before but I always love reading these and seeing what are peoples favourites from each brand so today we are going to focus on Benefit and my top 5 products. I am lucky enough to receive many new launches and products so I have had the chance to try most products new to Benefit and old favourites too so let me share with you my favourites it was pretty hard to narrow down but I finally made a decision so here’s what made the cut.

This may be my favourite product by Benefit ever, you all know I adore a highlighter or ten and this has to be in my top 3 favourite highlighters ever! I really love the cream to powder consistency it leaves the most beautiful champagne colour on the skin that just looks flawless. The highlighter blends in to the skin seamlessly and I use this either on top of foundation or when I’m just having a no makeup day to add a little bit of luminosity to the skin it’s gorgeous!
Rockateur Blush
I adore the boxed blushes Benefit does and my favourite of them all is Rockateur, my mum actually surprised me with this one day and I was absolutely delighted. I’m not a huge blush wearer but when I do wear blushers I like them to just give me a soft flush of colour and I also prefer blushers with a slight sheen to them rather than a matt finish and this has the most perfect rose gold finish with a hint of peach. It’s the most beautiful blush that can be built up or worn more sheer and a shade that would suit all skin tones I believe.
So this has to be one of Benefits most popular products and I can totally see why, it’s been a favourite of mine ever since I was 18 and I believe it was my very first Benefit purchase. When I saw the gorgeous glow it gave my friend when we were on holiday and after giving hers a whirl I just knew I had to buy one for myself and it’s been a firm favourite since, it’s a gorgeous matt bronzer that warms up the complexion evenly and flawlessly. I also use this as a contour shade as it works well on my skin for that, the packaging is cute and is always a bronzer I take away with me when travelling.
Benefit have a few mascaras out now but They’re Real has to be my ultimate favourite, it adds volume and length not to mention the lasting power is pretty incredible in fact it’s so hard to get off so if you purchase this you will definitely need a powerful makeup remover, I use the They’re Real Makeup remover and it takes everything off so easy!
My last favourite is another blush, Majorette is a cream blusher that is just perfect for those Spring and Summer months when your going for more of a dewy or lightweight finish. This blush not only smells divine but also looks so pretty on the skin, it instantly brightens up my face and makes me look more awake and alive I live using this if I’ve had a bad nights sleep as it perks up my complexion a treat!
What are your favourite Benefit products, any I need to try?
A few Benefit products I’d like to try next are; That Gal Primer, Girl Meets Pearl and the High Brow Glow!

  • I absolutely adore the Fakeup under eye concealer! At first I was a bit weary as it looks like a lipstick but it is so easy to apply and has caffeine in it to give your under eyes a little boost! Definitely try it out! 🙂

  • Ahhh Benefit is definitely one of my favourite make-up brands! I am yet to be disappointed by any of their products. Loving Majorette blush at the moment 🙂

  • Top 5 is such a fab idea! I agree with all of your picks but I'd swap They're Real for Rollerlash, i think its much better- if you haven't had a chance to try it yet then I'd highly recommend it <3

  • I also love They're Real, (though seeing as I haven't given Rollerlash a go yet, I might need to try that one first!) I haven't actually tried Hoola before, feel like such a rubbish beauty blogger saying that haha 😉

  • I'm yet to buy the hoola – feel like a failure of a blogger for not owning it! xx
