I rarely get to do hauls these days, mainly because whenever I go shopping I have a small one with me who hates going into any shops that doesn’t sell toys… I did however manage to lure him into Superdrug today after him shouting ‘Yes’ for us walking past Boots and not going in, the chocolate bribe works everytime but with Boots not so much. I had to make a pretty quick dash around Superdrug so didn’t get to look for very long which was slightly meh but I did pick up a few bits I had wanted for a while so thought I’d show you what I got.
The first thing that caught my eye was the Zoella Foam Sweet Foam cleansing shower gel (buy here), I actually really enjoy Zoella products the price point isn’t too bad and the products are really nice quality. I have been obsessed with the Fizz bar for a few months now and the foam sweet foam shower gel is the same scent I believe so I’m really looking forward to trying it because I love the fragrance it’s amazing! I did notice a lot of Christmas Zoella gift sets also which look fab although quite pricey in my opinion, I probably will still put them on the Christmas list though because they are still affordable and like I said I really like the products.
I then remembered I had ran out of dry shampoo and one that I have really liked in the past was the Colab Dry shampoo (buy here) in the fragrance Rio, it’s quite a tropical scent and I really like it. I have steered away from a lot of dry shampoos in the last 6 months as I found that ones like Batiste would really give me a dry scalp for weeks so I stopped using them but the Colab one luckily doesn’t give me a dry scalp and it’s perfect to use once a week just to freshen up the locks.
Lastly I just picked up a couple of skincare bits, I grabbed an old but a goody the Clean and Clear dual action moisturiser (buy here). I used this a lot last year actually and never got round to repurchasing so thought I’d give it another whirl it’s great for when I have blemishes and clears them up super fast. I then made a very random purchase and it’s a product I said I’d never use again after my mum popped one on my nose when I was a teen… Biore cleansing pore strips (buy here). My only memory of these when I used them as a teen was that they were super hard to get off and when you managed to get them off it hurt so bad but as I was a lot younger then I thought I’d give them another whirl, we shall see how I get on! The two skincare products were actually on offer and buy 1 get 1 free so I was pretty happy with that, there are so many offers in Superdrug at the moment so I’d recommend popping in when you’re next in town.
Have you bought much lately or are you saving your pennies for Christmas?
