river island winter This year I’ve been trying to create a capsule wardrobe, I’m getting there however I do need to sort through the rest of my clothes that aren’t apart of it. Which is actually quite a task hence the reason I’ve been putting it off for so long. Sorting through clothes is such a chore isn’t it? Acquiring new clothes isn’t though, I have really been enjoying finding new pieces that suit my post baby body and I’ve been exploring new textures, new fits and new shoes too.

river island winter The sock boot trend is something I really didn’t think would suit me. I really love how it looked on others and there are so many fab sock boots out there at the moment I just had to give them a try to see what the fuss was all about. I really, really love them! Surprisingly comfortable, and actually really flattering. These boots from 4th & Reckless have a slight sparkle to them which I thought was perfect for the festive season and could be dressed up or down. Today’s look is a more casual one but I can see these looking fab with a little LBD and a biker jacket or a faux fur jacket for more of a fancy vibe.

river island winter I opted for black-coated jeggings, you all know I love River Island Molly Jeggings they are a go-to for me and I have been loving these as they have a faux leather finish which I think is super chic and it makes me feel a little sassy too!

Chunky knits have been my favourite this year, up until now I had never really gotten into the chunky knit trend which happens every year and that is because I used to find that they were all fitted knits or overly chunky which would make me look ridiculous. Recently I have found a few gems that fit perfectly. I like them to have a slouch feel to them and I’m always really particular about the length and this cold shoulder knit is perfect. I love the soft gold colour and the subtle sequin detailing its beautiful.

faux fur bag Finally my faux fur finishing touches, honestly I’m obsessed with faux fur anything at the moment. Bags, accessories, clothes. Anything that has faux fur I’m instantly drawn to and this jacket was a must have from the moment I saw it. I love it because it has a detachable white faux fur collar. The jacket itself is a textured jersey fabric which is very comfortable and it’s just the perfect throw on jacket that is easy to wear and goes with everything. Lastly the bag… Oh this bag gives me life! First of all it fits so much in it so I can use it when I’m out with the boys, and I just love all the nudes in this fur. So gorgeous

winter fashion I hope you are enjoying my fashion content at the moment, I’m really enjoying adding more fashion to the blog and showing you my personal style and how it works for me.
