Zoeva Classic Brush Set | Review

Brushes, more brushes! You all know I have quite a collection of face brushes now but the addiction doesn’t stop there, say hello to my new obsession. Zoeva! I have recently had the opportunity to try some Zoeva products including brushes and makeup and I was then contacted by Zoeva themselves and they asked me if I wanted to try out their Classic Brush set and of course I said yes. This set is perfect because it has all you need for the perfect makeup application, included in the kit are 8 brushes for the face and eyes and today I am going to talk you through the brushes and my thoughts on the set itself which by the way comes in a beautiful Zoeva case with hot pink lining!
105 Luxe Highlight I have been wanting a highlighter brush for so long now, I love my fan brush to apply highlighter but I have found using this Luxe Highlight brush I have more precision and can highlight smaller areas much easier like the cupids bow and brow bone.
125 Stippling This large stippling brush has been perfect for days where I want to create a flawless base without making my foundation to heavy or thick. It gives a nice airbrushed cover that is light and blends to perfection, definitely a brush to use if you prefer lighter coverage it’s been working great with Mac Face & Body foundation for me lately and it’s also great for dusting a light amount of powder onto the face.
128 Cream Cheek This fabulous set arrived around the same time I received my new Benefit Majorette Blush and it has been the perfect brush to apply this cream to powder blush, it allows you to grab just enough product to create a gorgeous flush to the cheek and it blends out beautifully.
142 Concealer Buffer I adore applying concealer with this brush, it’s dense but not too dense so you still have ease of movement on the face and it doesn’t drag on any delicate areas. It works the concealer in well and leaves you crease free!
227 Soft Definer Ah so soft, so wonderful! I absolutely love this brush, it’s super soft and gentle on the eyes and blends shadows out so easily. I love to use this brush when I have nearly finished my overall eye look just to tidy up and soften any harsh edges I may be left with it works wonders on creating the perfect blend.
228 Crease As you can probably guess by the name this is a crease brush and it is great for blending shadows into the crease and perfecting any shading you desire. Another super soft brush and doesn’t shed!
230 Pencil The pencil brush is something I have only recently started using in general with makeup and I find it so much easier when creating a smokey eye, it’s the perfect brush to blend shadows on the lower lash line without creating a huge shadowed area. It’s precise and also great for smoothing out edges.
317 Wing Liner The wing liner brush, for someone that is pretty useless at wing liner I found this a dream to use. The pointed edge helps to create the perfect wing in a matter of seconds and the fact that it’s a super flat brush helps you create thin understated wing, I love how you can use this brush to build up the wing to something more dramatic or just keep it simple with a small flick.
Overall I have been loving the Zoeva Classic Brush Set, each and every brush is of such a high quality and they are all so soft. The price is absolutely fantastic, it’s 60 Euros on the website but for all of those brushes I think it’s a great buy. They are seriously some of the best brushes I have ever tried in regards to quality and price and highly recommend if your looking to treat yourself to some new brushes.
