The Glamour Summer Edit £17.99
Oh I do love a beauty box, especially when it’s a themed one! This Summer themed box from Latest In Beauty has everything you need from sun protection to a revolutionary bronzer, you seriously don’t want to miss out on this. This box is in collaboration with Alessandra Steinherr, Beauty Director of Glamour Magazine she really has done an amazing job at bringing pure Summer vibes with on trend products and some real treats!
What’s in the box?
Vita Liberata Trystal Minerals + Luxury Kabuki brush – Pixi Glow Tonic – Nails Inc Gel Effect Nail Polish – L’Occitane Aromachology Repairing Shampoo & Conditioner – Caudalie Divine Oil – Bourjois Color Boost Lip Crayon – Eucerin Sun Protection – Balance Me Super Toning Body Polish – Seekers of the Sun Temporary Tattoos
Quite alot huh? I’m absolutely obsessed with this super fun box, first of all the packaging is a melon delight and just screams Summer I love how the theme follows inside with super bright and colourful products. When I opened this box I did squeal with delight a little because there was quite a few things I had heard about and had been wanting to try for a while, firstly we will talk skincare. I have seen Pixi products everywhere lately and I have been dying to try something from the brand so when I saw the Pixi Glow Tonic I was so exited to try, I’ve given it a little whirl and it really does a great job at brightening up the skin and making it feel fresh. I also love how they’ve included an all important Sun Cream, the Eucerin SPF 50 Sun cream for face is perfect for those with sensitive skin and is great for adding that all important protection to your face whilst out in the burning sun.
On to makeup, I did already have this Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon but was excited to get another as I used it so much last Summer, it’s the perfect peach/pink shade that is ideal for popping in your bag and applying on the go. Talking of makeup and the product I was most excited to see which was the Vita Liberata Trystal Minerals powder, oh my gosh girls if you love a bit of bronzer and having tanned skin then you need this! Why you ask, well first of all the bronzer itself is a dream it’s a great colour, buildabe yet light on the skin and the best bit is…. it’s a tanning bronzer! Simply apply over your makeup and let the magic happen, I won’t say too much about it as I’m going to pop a full review on the blog soon but if there is one reason to buy this box other than it being fantastic it’s this, plus the luxury Kabuki is possibly the softest brush I have ever used.
I’m yet to try the Nails Inc Gel effect nail polish but I absolutely love the colour of it and when I am back to my natural nails (currently have acrylics you can see them here) I shall give it a try. I really can’t wait because I think it’s the perfect dusky pink, it’s so pretty! I have given the temporary tattoos a whirl, I just had to pop them on after I had my nails done they look absolutely great and are perfect for festivals and adding that extra wow to your look!
Overall what a fantastic box, The Glamour Summer Edit is just £17.99… the products inside are worth over £90! I’d highly recommend it and as you can see it’s a fabulous box,
